Refunds

We do not offer refunds for goods. If you have a faulty product, please email sales@lluma.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss a solution.

Exchanges

If you purchase an product that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we can provide you with an online credit. The credit expires in 12 months and can be used on any product online. In these instances, the product/s must be returned to us at your expense. You must notify us by email at sales@lluma.co.nz of your return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery for this offer to apply. The product must be in its original condition with labels and packaging and no damages.

Sale products and products purchased using discount codes do not qualify for exchanges.

All prices shown on this website are Retail Prices, include GST and are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Payments must be received in New Zealand currency. We reserve the right to amend our prices from time to time.
